I wrote this song the summer of '94 and recorded the album in '95 with Robert Copeland. Aaron McClain who now directs Air Supply plays guitar and Alan Kimai plays bass. This photo is taken at the album's release, at Sam Goody Universal City.
Here I am with friend, Shelby Henderson.
The song definitely is an unrequited tale...
"You said, I didn't know nothing about you babe,
Maybe that was true then, but I learned your middle name,
Like sweetness on my lips, but I"m alone and depraved.
Wanting you hurts me good and I need to be saved.
Naivete, I am betrayed wishing how it could have been
If I were your friend..."
I wrote this song many years ago and with production with Pascal Guyon and guitarist Jake Moses recorded this in Los Angeles in 2016 for my EP "Where U Need 2 Be."
When things seem darkest, don't give up hope...
