Songwriter and Street Musician from Wales, UK. I have been on an epic 6 year Journey to find the inspiration. Peace, Love & Happiness.

Thanks for coming to my music page.

I'm really enjoying living my life for my passion, which is of course music :-) I'm from North Wales but I've just spent the last 6 years traveling across Europe as a way to focus on my music. The last 4 1/2 years has been mainly busking, with over 400 places played, through 30 countries. It is a truly exhausting and super challenging lifestyle, but I am Grateful for the rewards.

Written on the road in Athens, Greece. 6 Years on the road, and 505 Places Played, through 30 Countries. "Soul Thief" Do you remember the days? When we used to talk Be careful how you walk Eyes transfixed To false beliefs You're my soul thief Reality feels too much to take How will I manage if my smartphone breaks? I really love to talk Blistered eyes, there's no relief You're my soul thief Chorus I'm already sinking Stop overthinking Why do your eyes? Keep on sinking Don't you wish you were an octopus? So you could really be Hands free Reality Reality The world wide web of distraction Will these binds ever fray? I wish that I could switch you off If only for one day Eyes transfixed To false beliefs You're my soul thief Chorus Do you remember? The days when we used to talk Be careful how you walk Eyes transfixed To false beliefs You're my soul thief Eyes transfixed To false beliefs You're my soul thief www.leerice.bandcamp.com

Written on the road in Aberdeen, Scotland. Helping Hands Where is this place? That we choose to exist What is this life? What is this gift? Perhaps one day We'll learn to understand Another strangers face That seems so out of reach The children seem to work it out Perhaps they could teach Perhaps one day We'll need their helping hands Chorus I don't understand I need your helping hands Will you give me your wings? So i don't need to land Their innocence shows We're lost on the beach Perhaps we could learn Perhaps they could teach Perhaps one day We'll need their helping hands Chorus www.leerice.bandcamp.com

Written on the road in Greece. Part of an epic 5 1/2 Year Journey, Busking and Writing my way through 500 towns and cities. Would you Even Know A thousand eyes that critisice Refusing hearts below If change came knocking on your door Would you even know? If change came knocking on your door Would you even know We sit in corners whispering Afraid to interact Acceptance, now a distant friend Our hearts and mainframes hacked If change came knocking on your door Would you even know If change came knocking on your door Would you even know Negativity's like a virus Consuming more than smiles We've been going round in circles now For way too many miles If change came knocking on your door Would you even know? It half killed me, but "I'm Alive" I'm Alive There's a storm on the horizon There's a joker on a train There's road that hold the tools To get these bullets from my brain Chorus I try all the time To make you see I try all the time To make you see I'm alive There's day's I struggle breathing Least until I rest alone There's day's I see your eyes Like I'm a dog that lost his bone Chorus I try all the time To make you see I try all the time To make you see I'm alive There's more than just a moment That is reaching from this page Now everyday I'm moving on To find another stage Chorus I try all the time To make you see I try all the time To make you see I'm alive Bridge A friend is just a stranger That you're yet to understand There's a certain kind of pain I'm proud my hearts not made of stone There's day's I see your eyes When you're not on your phone Chorus I try all the time To make you see I try all the time To make you see I'm alive Bridge A friend is just a stranger That you're yet to understand www.leerice.bandcamp.com

Written at my 500th Place Played. Chania, Crete. An epic 5 1.2 Year Busking/Writing challenge. Give me Time to Unwind I’ve been running on empty I’ve been out of my mind It’s getting hard to unravel Give me time to unwind I’m a sensitive creature All too often confined Give me peace, and some comfort Give me time to unwind Chorus Underneath these outer layers There’s skin I’ve yet to shed I’ve spent a long time living I’ll spend a long time dead 10 million faces I encountered I never quite knew what I’d find I’ve spent a long time living Give me time to unwind I’m strong, and I’m fragile One small part of mankind Give me time to untangle Give me time to unwind Beneath the mask I use to wear It almost made me blind Give me time to unravel Give me time to unwind Chorus Underneath these outer layers There’s skin I’ve yet to shed I’ve spent a long time living I’ll spend a long time dead 10 million faces I encountered I never quite knew what I’d find I’ve spent a long time living Give me time to unwind www.leerice.bandcamp.com

Hostile Winter Winds I'm at the mercy of these Hostile winter winds I stand for right These days It's some kind of sin I'm at the mercy of the pain I must endure I traveled hard and fast And still there's no cure Chorus Should I take a deep breath? And hold it all inside These hostile winter winds I've nowhere else to hide I'm at the mercy of my heart And all I feel The damage is hard and deep I need the passion to heal Chorus 2 Should I take a deep breath? Written and recorded at Vai Beach, Crete. Far off Shore It's not easy finding paradise With so much disrespect Eyes that beat on silent Hearts that just forget Bridge There's still at least tranquility On some distant far off shore There's still at least tranquility On some distant far off shore Chorus On some distant far off shore I don't wonder what these eyes are for On some distant far off shore Will you get to hear this lions roar? Contemplating On some distant far off shore There's statues in the mountains There's whispers through the trees I could stand before you But you bring me to my knees Bridge There's still at least tranquility On some distant far off shore There's still at least tranquility On some distant far off shore Chorus On some distant far off shore I don't wonder what these eyes are for On some distant far off shore Will you get to hear this lions roar? Inside this society Down this tunnel is a distant light But it’s hard to be sure While it’s so out of sight What you see? Inside this society Chorus Oh, oh, oh Oh, oh, oh What you see? Inside this society There’s paper underneath this pen There’s soldiers with shadows Cast by oversized men What you see? Written on the road. Round Here I'm full of doubt I'm not sure where to go You must get out The darkness in my soul I can climb back out I've been down here before Now I make a promise There will never be no more Round here Now I see There's so much more I have to give So I tear them up These vices, I'm addicted Your all that I don't need This time, I'll push you all away It's only passing moments No more now, without delay Round here I'm climbing out Collect the pieces till I'm whole There is a light The one that only darkness stole You're all that I don't need This time I'll turn you all away A call for inner strength The kind that simply has to stay Round here No more doubts This time I'm really breaking free I focus now On how strong I am gonna be It's time to carve my way I have never been so sure All the old excuses You're not welcome anymore Round here Now I see the light No more excess to cause delay Let me make this promise You have had your final say Now that you're not welcome anymore That's from today Round here www.leerice.bandcamp.com

And who should we trust? In the end we'll all go back to the same Ashes & Dust I am a warrior I'm a drift with the tide From giving a heart Which just gets pushed to the side I am a warrior And my sword is my pen I didn't lose my mind You helped me find it again Bridge For which I am grateful For which I am grateful For which I am grateful I do tell If you'll let me out of this hell Let me out of this hell Chorus And who should we believe? Written on the road. Zombies don't Feel Pain Plastic girls, dressed in pearls Walking down the street Business men in shirt and tie. And sales you'll never beat Gucci bags and tramps in rags Oh the great divide A gypsy woman begs for change. She's ignored by passers by You can hear the checkouts ringing And predict the steady tide Their egos raging like wild fires A hundred miles wide Zombies move amongst them Thumbs locked to tiny screens Designed to cause distraction And to nullify their dreams Chorus I want to walk towards them And shake them by the ears And tell them They've been lied to For oh so many years I stop because I realise They'll only tell me I'm insane Can you tell me is it true? That zombies don't feel pain There's faceless heads in greens and reds To show this seasons styles There's a queue outside the apple store Please wait in single file And while you're busy with the day With trolleys and bags to fill You'd see beyond the madness With some time for standing still Chorus I want to walk towards them And shake them by the ears And tell them They've been lied to For oh so many years I stop because I realise They'll only tell me I'm insane Can you tell me is it true? That zombies don't feel pain There's diamond encrusted watches Do they do more than tell the time? There's food that costs a fortune If you can afford to dine On the corner an old busker Singing songs from times gone by In the end I've just one question And it starts and ends with why Chorus I want to walk towards them And shake them by the ears And tell them They've been lied to For oh so many years I stop because I realise They'll only tell me I'm insane Can you tell me is it true?
