His name is Luther Daniel Saunders and goes by BigLu. Scarborough born, Earthly raised and Malvern disciplined.
Inspired to write, during a depressing phase in his life, by his uncle, local O.G R&B singer (some called Toronto's M.J ... Before The Weekend of course), Saint Peter Miller; BigLu found his weapon to combat his inner demons. It was then, like all young, he learned of ego. Trying to assume a facet, common in the industry, BigLu dove into drugs and deeper depression.
After an admission to the psychiatric ward and a recovery in his ancestral land, Jamaica, BigLu got inspired to begin producing and acknowledged his new journey as a professional musician. Performing at collective open mics such as: O.L's "IIIN," Blank Canvas's "Dead Poet", "R.I.S.E Poetry" at Burrow's Hall, BigLu honed his talents into skills.
In his later years, BigLu hopes to put efforts into his charity drive "Irie Waters," traveling, making content and teaching musician entrepreneurship through his, hometown inspired, media publication entity, OKICUTO.
