Hey, sure, you can use the track. Personally I feel the weight should tip much further in the way of the producer. Producing is much more difficult, skilled, expensive, and time-consuming than DJing. Also, I think it may be worthwhile to consider the number of tracks in a mix. If a song is featured on a 10-track mix, it's receiving a much smaller slice of the pie than if it's featured on a 4-track mix. But the DJ still used the producer's track just the same.

Hi! The Hard Data just sponsored an exclusive Musicoin URL shortener, http://jam.dj you can use it to share your Musicoin artist page and tracks with a easy-to-remember URL that’s music-related. We just sent you 5 MC so you could try it out. Though it’s not required, we request that you tip our page 1MC for every link you make! Thanks in advance! Go here to shorten: http://jam.dj

Hi! May I use this track in a Musicoin-exclusive dj mix? I am helping develop the Musicoin DJ Mix policy. Currently, dj mixes are proposed to conform to these guidelines: (1) All Musicoin DJ-mixes blockchain must be comprised of tracks with a valid Musicoin address. (2) 40% of Musicoins received by the dj mix goes to the DJ. The remaining 60% is split between the tracks on the mix. (3) All tracks in the mix must be listed in the order they appear. You can read the current proposal at http://musicoin.dj If this is ok with you, please reply with your permission to use the track in this comment thread. If you agree that I may use the track in the new mix, but have other suggestions as to DJ Mix policy, also post them in this thread. Also, if you have other tracks you would allow me to use in a DJ Mix, please bring them to my attention!

Thanks for putting this track on Musicoin! In anticipation of UBI, let’s network! I will tip you 5 MC if you play and tip at least 1 MC to my Musicoin DJ mix “Rock the Blockchain” http://harddjmix.com , and follow my profile before UBI begins. Let’s get our numbers up before everyone is on the platform! 😊

Haha thanks! I pay for a lot of music as a DJ, but this is a pretty cool platform and idea. I hope it takes off.
