Water Level (Seven8) When I started this track I didn't intend for it to be interpreted the way I interpret it now. It started with using a 7/8 loop over a 4/4 loop and having the two loops eventually meet. After I got some of the melodies and instruments put together, I saw the potential to make a child-like daydream and turn it into a brief, dissonant nightmare. When I could step back and detach, I would listen to it and try to explain where the music put me. I kept feeling like I was playing various water levels from classic Super Mario Brothers games.
