Julius André was a German pianist, organist, and composer from a musical family of French origin in Offenbach, Germany. He was born at Offenbach on June 4, 1808 and died at Frankfurt am Main, on April 17, 1880. His Trio in A major is a charming piece. The recording was done with the Hauptwerk software and the sample set, made by Voxus, of the Van Dam organ (1832) in Tholen (http://www.voxusorgans.com/en/tholen).
